Our Contract

When buying from our store you confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. .

Payment Terms

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for delivery charges please use the estimate delivery charges area provided when adding an item to your shopping cart).

The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order

We will accept credit card payment through our secure server provided by netbanx. If you would like to pay over the phone then please call us on 01733 807767. Bank transfers are also an option. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or Postal order please contact us at our Email address to secure your order and for further instructions.

Your order will normally be despatched within 1-3 working days once your payment has cleared. In the unlikely event the item is no longer in stock we will email you with a projected delivery date. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Please note if paying by cheque, you should allow an extra 3-5 working days for the cheque to clear.

Shipping Terms

All our shipping's are sent by air mail for overseas deliveries.UK deliveries are  sent by Special Delivery, 1st class recorded or 3-5 day parcel force/business post depending on size and weight of the package.

All postage & shipping costs include packaging.

Returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by:

• calling us-please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand.

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.

If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid. However, you must pay the return postage costs.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products this will be given as a full item refund less postage and packaging. Please choose your item carefully as we will not offer a refund for items selected in error.  Please contact us by email for further information should you require any further assistance.

Please note that to comply with the refund offer, we must receive your returned item in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the card that the original payment came from.

Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period (or other defect with your order), your item will be covered by its warranty and will get a prompt repair or exchange. You will always have the option of an exchange if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

General

Condition of items

All of our products are grade A appliances. The products are from end of line, surplus, overly manufactured goods or  rarely ex display. The appliances are in As New condition and as such have never been used. Some items may have minor cosmetic imperfections but most dont. As the majority of our stock is manufactured graded  this ensures that the quality is of a very high standard.
